摘  要:本文利用透射电镜(TEM)原位研究了VO_2(B)纳米带由B向R物相转变的过程。TEM像和选区电子衍射图(SAED)表明VO_2(B)纳米带结晶良好、无缺陷,为单斜相。对VO_2(B)纳米带选定区域进行电子束辐照,发现VO_2(B)转变为四方相VO_2(R)。对VO_2(B)和VO_2(R)的界面分析表明VO_2(B)的晶带轴为[11 2]B,VO_2(R)的晶带轴为[001]R;VO_2(B)与VO_2(R)两相取向关系为:[001]R//[11 2]B;(120)R//(110)B。In this paper,the transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to study the phase transition process of VO2(B)to VO2(R)in-situ.The TEM image and selected area electron diffraction(SAED)showed that VO2(B)nanobelt exhibited a good lattice structure without any crystal defects,as monoclinic phase.After electron beam irradiation to the selected area,VO2(B)converted to VO2(R)as tetragonal phase.The interface area between VO2(B)and VO2(R)was analyzed further.The results showed that the crystal axes of VO2(B)and VO2(R)are[112]B and[001]R separately.The orientation relationship between VO2(B)and VO2(R)is:[001]R//[11 2]B;(120)R//(110)B.
