摘 要:房地产属于高投资、高风险、高收益的行业范畴,作为一个典型的资金密集型行业,房地产行业资金变现能力差、回收周期长以及前期投入量大等特征十分显著,这也使得这一行业所面临的财务风险是十分巨大的。本次研究通过对房地产企业财务风险的类别进行划分,在此基础上针对各财务风险提出相应的规避对策。Real estate is a high-investment,high-risk,high-yield industry category.As a typical capital-intensive industry,the characteristics of the real estate industry,such as poor liquidity,long recovery period,and large amount of investment in the early period,are very significant,which also makes the financial risks faced by the industry are enormous.This study divides the categories of real estate companies'financial risks and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for avoiding financial risks.
