摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,以精益建造为指导思想,以BIM为手段,交互协调应用在工程项目管理活动中将会是建筑业以后发展的必经之路。论文通过分别对精益建造和建筑信息模型概念和特点的分析,提出了基于BIM和精益建造的工程建设模式。并且分析了如何在工厂建设管理中实现BIM与精益建造交互协同工作。最后提出了最适合"BIM与精益建造"共同发展应用的IPD模式。With the continuous development of information technology,Lean Construction as the guiding ideology,BIM as the means,interactive and coordinated application in the project management activities will be the only way for the construction industry to develop in the future.Based on the analysis of the concepts and characteristics of lean construction and building information models,the thesis proposes a project construction model based on BIM and lean construction.It also analyzes how to realize the interaction and cooperation between BIM and lean construction in factory construction management.Finally,the IPD model that is most suitable for the common development and application of"BIM and Lean Construction"is proposed.
