摘　　要：2016年6月,我国正式加入《华盛顿协议》,标志我国的工程教育正在向国际标准靠拢。而我国至今未形成完整的工程师制度,问题较多。英、美现行的工程人才培养制度已经成为一套基本成熟完善的制度体系,本文将介绍英美两国工程师形成的质量规制模式,力求为我国工程师制度改革提供借鉴。In June 2016,China formally acceded to the"Washington Accord,"which indicates that China's engineering education is moving closer to international standards.However,China has not yet formed a complete engineer system and there are many problems.The current training system for engineering talents in the United Kingdom and the United States has become a set of basic and mature institutional systems.This paper will introduce the quality regulation model formed by engineers in the United Kingdom and the United States,and strive to provide reference for the reform of China's engineer system.
