摘 要:采用40目和60目两种粒径的橡胶粉,分别以10%、20%、30%的替换率等体积取代细骨料,配制橡胶混凝土用以对比普通混凝土,并通过自制的落锤冲击装置对其进行抗冲击试验。试验结果表明:橡胶粉的掺入可以有效的提高混凝土的抗冲击性能,并降低其脆性。鉴于混凝土抗冲击试验数据的离散性,引入威布尔分布理论对其进行统计分析,结果表明:威布尔分布理论可以较好地描述混凝土材料抗冲击次数的分布规律。以橡胶混凝土在抗冲击试验中初裂和终裂次数的自然对数来评价其抗冲击性能,在相同的失效概率下,橡胶混凝土的抗冲击次数与橡胶粉的替换率呈现显著的相关性。且在相同失效概率和同等替换率的条件下,40目橡胶粉对混凝土抗冲击性能的改善作用优于60目橡胶粉。The impact resistance of rubberized concrete was studied using a drop-weight test.The rubber particles that were 40 mesh and 60 mesh replaced fine aggregate in concrete at equal volume substitution and the dosage of rubber particles were 10%,20%and 30%,which was used to contrast to the ordinary concrete.Experimental results indicate that the rubber particles can effectively improve the impact resistance,decrease the brittleness of concrete.In view of the variation of impact test result,the Weibull distribution is adopted to analyze the experimental data.It is proved that the impact resistance of the concrete material can be described by Weibull distribution.The natural logarithm of initial and final crack impact frequency is used to evaluate the impact resistance of rubberized concrete.On the condition of the equal failure probability,there is a close correlation between the impact resistance of rubberized concrete and the dosage of rubber particles.The rubberized concrete with the rubber particles that is 40 mesh performs better impact resistance than that is 60 mesh.
