摘　　要：专利文献是技术文件,是对技术信息的完整揭示,并在技术研发、专利布局、侵权维护等战略部署中发挥重要作用。文章采用文字综述和比较方法对国内外专利技术信息挖掘研究文献进行了系统整理和分析,指出基于专利检索、专利地图、专利引文、专利网络、专利文本挖掘的专利技术信息挖掘的优缺点,全面反映国内外专利技术信息挖掘研究现状。Patent document is technical document,which is the complete revelation of technical information,and play an important role in technological R&D,patent layout,infringement maintenance and other strategic deployment.To comprehensively reflect the research status of patent technology information mining at home and abroad.Systematic review and analysis of patent technology information mining literature at home and abroad were carried out by means of text summarization and comparison.Patent technology information mining based on patent search,patent map,patent citation,patent network and patent text mining has its own advantages and disadvantages.
