摘　　要：《汉志》等书目最初是受彼时朝廷旨意"典校祕书"且"因校书而叙目录"的结果,期以达到"辨章学术,考镜源流"的目的。在政教意图的指导下,"辨章学术,考镜源流"成为传统书目体现政教意图的主要书写范式,从而规定目录学者的职责。不同时期的目录学编纂者藉此不断调整,以使所编书目成为沟通统治阶级的政教意图与学术思想之间的重要媒介,为该时期的政权统治服务。而人伦道德、"风俗人心"作为传统目录学体系建构的道德基础,又建构了以政教意图为主导的体系所需要的践行机制,使目录学著述能够承担起满足"时君世主"的需求与引导"风俗人心"的政治责任。Han Zhi and others bibliographies were the results that according to the imperial court made collation of the secret books and compiled bibliographies in order to achieve the purpose to study academic origin.Traditional bibliography was often because of proof reading book sand editing.This made the bibliography works evolve to reflect the academic origins.So,this provided compilers duties,also determined the writing paradigm and became the guiding ideology of category set.It also made the bibliography to reflect the political needs at different times.At the same time,ethics and morality became the moral foundation of the ibliography construction system.This made it possible to assume some of political responsibility.
