摘 要:活动识别是解决老年人看护等问题的有效途径,现存非绑定式的活动识别系统通常使用昂贵或专用设备,导致大规模部署成本较高。该文提出了一种基于廉价的RFID(射频识别设备)标签的非绑定式活动识别系统。首先,利用基于史坦无偏似然估计算法对RFID信号去噪,然后,通过DTW算法解决相同活动在不同速度和方向上的匹配问题,最后,通过建立权重评价体系将RSS和相位值结合,准确识别活动。实验结果表明,该方法显著提高了活动识别的准确率。Activity recognition is an important and effective method for looking after patients and the aged.The device-free activity recognition system is widely applied into our daily life.Current research uses uneconomical equipments or even dedicated devices so that the cost-efficiency is low of large-scale deployments.A new device-free activity recognition system only using cheap RFID(Radio frequency identification devices)tags is proposed.Firstly,it deals with the RFID signals using a deniosing method based on the stein unbiased risk estimate.Secondly,it applies the DTW(Dynamic time warping)algorithm to solve this problem that the RSS and phase is different when the same activity is performed in different speeds.Finally,it combines both RSS and phase values by establishing a weight assessment method to accurately recognize each activity.The results demonstrate that the proposed method improve the accuracy of recognized activities.
