摘 要:为了研究炸药至炮孔壁之间的缓冲层介质对切缝药包爆破断裂力学行为的影响,采用新型数字激光动态焦散线测试系统,开展多组爆破光测实验。借助LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,对比分析炮孔内部压力场的分布规律。研究结果表明:切缝药包能够利用切缝管有效控制爆炸应力场的分布,使能量沿切缝方向集中释放,定向爆破效果显著。与空气相比,水提高了切缝药包对炮孔壁的冲击破坏能力,爆生主裂纹的断裂力学参数增大,表现为更长的扩展距离、更高的运动速度和动态应力强度因子。爆炸冲击波能和爆生气体脉动能是水中主要的能量存在形式,模拟结果显示水比空气具有更好的传压能力,缓冲层内形成更高的压力峰值。The new testing system of digital-laser dynamic caustics was performed to carry out multiple sets of blasting light measurement experiments to analyze the effect of the buffer medium between the explosive and the borehole wall on the fracture mechanical behavior of slotted cartridge blasting.Simultaneously,the distribution law of the pressure field of the borehole interior was analyzed by LS-DYNA numerical simulation software.The results showed that slotted cartridge can realize significant directional fracture-controlled blasting using the slotted pipe to effectively control the distribution of the explosive stress field so that the energy can be released in the direction of the slit,preferentially.Compared with the air,the water improved the impact damage ability of the slotted cartridge to the borehole wall,and the fracture mechanical parameters of the main explosive crack were increased with the longer the propagation distance,the higher speed and the dynamic stress intensity factor.Explosive shock wave energy and explosive gas pulsation energy were the main forms of energy in water,the simulation results indicated that water had better pressure transmission capacity than air,forming a higher pressure peak.
