摘 要:在新型人工湿地耦合微生物燃料电池(CW-MFC)中,以葡萄糖为对照组,研究梧桐浸泡液作为活性艳红(X-3B)共基质,以实现其脱色的可行性,并从梧桐浸泡液初始浓度以及内筒植物等方面入手,进一步探讨以梧桐浸泡液为共基质条件下系统最佳处理效果。结果表明,当水力停留时间(HRT)为2 d时,梧桐组最高脱色率为97%,与葡萄糖组相差无几;且当梧桐组中X-3B进水浓度为150 mg/L,梧桐浸泡液COD浓度为130 mg/L时,脱色效果最佳,达到97%。COD去除方面,外筒(CW系统)的串联,在进一步去除内筒出水中脱色副产物发挥了重要的作用,随着进水中梧桐浸泡液COD浓度的增加效果更佳,且COD去除率最高为22%。以梧桐浸泡液为共基质的系统,其电压输出值为0.275 V左右,且内筒有植物系统电压高于无植物。In the novel constructed wetland coupled microbial fuel cell(CW-MFC),the feasibility of the soak solution of P.acerifolia leaf litter(the soak solution)as the co-substrate of reactive brilliant red X-3B(X-3B)for decolorization was studied with glucose as the control group.The best performance of the system was discussed focusing on the initial concentration of the soak solution and the existence of plants in inner cylinder.The results showed that the highest decolorization rate was 97%with the soak solution as co-substrate,which almost the same as that in the glucose group when the HRT was 2 d.The decolorization effect was highest and could reach 97%when the concentration of X-3B was 150 mg/L and the COD concentration of the soak solution was 130 mg/L.The cascading outer cylinder(CW system)played an important role in the further removal of by-products of decolorization from influent of inner cylinder,moreover,the performance in COD removal rate got better with the COD concentration of the soak solution increasing and the highest COD removal rate was 22%.The voltage output was about 0.275 V with the soak solution as the co-substrate,and the system with plants voltage is higher than that of no plants.
