摘 要:对三个强度等级和五种锚固深度的活性粉末混凝土试件进行先装拔出和后装拔出试验。将试验数据进行回归分析,建立不同锚固深度的先装与后装拔出法测强曲线并进行对比,研究锚固深度对拔出法检测活性粉末混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验表明,活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度与拔出力之间有着良好的线性关系;同等强度等级下,拔出力随锚固深度的增大而增大;除此之外,测强曲线的精度也随锚固深度的改变而变化,先装拔出法检测活性粉末混凝土强度锚固深度20~30 mm时精度较好,后装拔出法检测活性粉末混凝土强度锚固深度25~40 mm较为适宜。A cast-in-place pullout experiment and a post-install pullout experiment was carried out on reactive powder concrete of three strength levels with five types of anchorage depth.Through regression analysis of the experimental data,the strength curve of cast-in-place pullout experiment and post-install pullout experiment with different anchorage depth was established,then the influence of anchorage depth on strength of reactive powder concrete by pull-out method was studied.The results show that there is a significant linear correlation between the pull-out force and the compressive strength of reactive powder concrete.The pull-out force increases with the anchorage depth increases under the same strength grade.In addition,the precision of the strength curve also changes along with the change of the anchorage depth,the precision of testing strength of reactive powder concrete by cast-in-place pullout method is better when the anchorage depth is between 20~30 mm,while using post-install pullout method to detect strength of reactive powder concrete with a 25~40 mm anchorage depth is appropriate.
