摘 要:基于碳纤维智能层的力电传感特性,针对现行桥梁规范对裂缝宽度的限制,运用循环等幅试验加载方式,设置对照组,分别研究有、无预制裂缝玻璃钢板试件在不同挠度的控制下传感器电阻及试件表面裂缝宽度的变化规律。检测试验分析表明:树脂基碳纤维智能层具有良好的传感特性,可感知玻璃钢板裂缝宽度的变化;无论玻璃钢板试件有无预制裂缝,随着循环荷载的周期性变化,树脂基碳纤维智能层传感器的电阻呈现周期性变化;在小挠度的控制下传感器的峰值电阻越来越小;大挠度的控制下传感器的峰值电阻越来越大;在试件挠度控制一定范围内时传感器的电阻呈现线性变化且稳定性好,这为工程结构在循环荷载作用下的裂缝宽度检测提供试验依据。Based on electromechanical sensibility of carbon fiber smart layers and the limitation for breadth of the existing bridge specification,through the comparative experimental study on the precracked glass fiber reinforced plastics plate and without under the control of different deflections by the style of constant-amplitude cyclic load,change rules of the electrical resistance of polymer-matrix carbon fiber smart layers sensor and specimen surface crack breadth were analyzed.The experimental analysis indicated that,polymer-matrix carbon fiber smart layers have good sensing characteristics in detecting the change of surface crack breadth.Whether or not the glass fiber reinforced plastics plate has preformed cracks,with the cyclical change of cyclic loading,electrical resistance value of carbon fiber smart layers sensor are changing cyclically,its maximum electrical resistance value gets smaller and smaller through controlling the small deflection of specimen and gets bigger and bigger through controlling the big deflection of specimen.The electrical resistance of sensor is changing linearly and stable within a certain deflection,so the tests can provide reference to detect crack breadth of engineering structures under cyclic load.
