摘  要:健康家兔36只,进行骨质疏松造模后随机分为空白对照组、透钙磷石组(DCPD组)、掺镁6.67%组、掺镁26.67%透钙磷石组,在家兔双侧前腿桡骨中段制作骨缺损,术后每组动物分别于4、8、12周各处死3只,观察组织切片中BMP-2表达情况与X线片显示骨缺损修复状况。免疫组化结果显示同组不同时期比较,4周时BMP-2表达最高,8周时较4周时减弱,12周时阳性表达最弱。同一时期组间比较掺镁6.67%组阳性表达最强。在骨质疏松家兔桡骨骨缺损修复中,掺镁6.67%透钙磷石组成骨效果较其他组显著,同时期组间比较BMP-2阳性表达最强。36 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group,calcium phosphate group(group DCPD),magnesium doped 6.67%group and magnesium doped 26.67%calcium phosphate group;bone defects were made in the middle part of both sides of the rabbit s forelegs;after operation,3 animals were sacrificed at 4,8 and 12 weeks respectively.The expression of BMP-2 in the tissue sections was observed and the x-ray showed the repair of bone defects.Immunohistochemistry showed the highest expression of BMP-2 at 4 weeks,8 weeks later than 4 weeks weakened,the positive expression is weakest at 12 weeks.The most positive expression of the groupis 6.67%.In the repair of radial bone defects in rabbits with osteoporosis,the effect of magnesia 6.67%calcium phosphate was higher than that of other groups,and the expression of BMP-2 was higher.
