摘 要:通过风管内气体的连续性方程和能量守恒方程,对影响风管流量的因素进行了理论分析,证明船用压缩风管单位时间流量与风机特性曲线和风管阻力曲线有关。通过实验的方法对影响压缩风管排烟效率的多个因素进行了研究,证明风管的排烟效率随风管直径的增大而增大;随风管长度的增大而减小;随风管转角角度的增大而减小;随风管高差的增大而减小,但其影响因素更多的是由于高差的产生同时产生了两个风管转角。对排烟效率与风管长度和转角角度的关系进行了多项式拟合,证明排烟效率降低速率均随风管长度和转角角度的增大而减小。By continuity equation and energy conservation equation of gas in the air duct,the influence factors of air duct flow were analyzed,which proved that unit time flow of air duct for ships depends on fan characteristic curve and wind resistance curve.A number of factors influencing on the efficiency of smoke exhaust of compressed duct was studied through a series of experiment,which proved that the smoke exhaust efficiency increases with increasing the duct diameter,decreases with increasing the length of duct,decreases with increasing the rotation angle of duct,decreases with increasing the difference of height of duct,and at this time the two rotation angles of duct play a great role.The relationship between the smoke exhaust efficiency and the length of the duct and the angle of rotation is fitted by polynomial.It is proved that decreasing rate of the smoke exhaust efficiency decreases with the increase of air duct length and rotation angle.
