优质护理对腹膜透析患儿并发症及营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在腹膜透析治疗小儿肾衰竭中对并发症及营养状态的影响。方法选取60例慢性肾衰竭患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施肾衰竭腹膜透析常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理,比较2组患儿干预后并发症情况及营养状态。结果观察组腹膜透析患儿并发症发生率6.7%低于对照组30.0%(P<0.05);对照组营养状态正常18例、轻度营养不良7例、中度营养不良5例,观察组营养状态24例、轻度营养不良5例、中度营养不良1例,观察组患儿干预后营养情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹膜透析治疗小儿慢性肾衰竭过程中,优质护理服务可有效提高患儿舒适度,降低并发症发生率,改善患儿营养状态,提高护理质量及家属满意度。Objective To investigate effect of high quality nursing on the complications and nutritional status of children with peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 60 chronic kidney failure patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing for peritoneal dialysis,while the observation group high-quality nursing,incidence of complications and nutritional status were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control(6.7%vs.30.0%,P<0.05).The control group had 18 cases with normal nourishment status,7 with light degree malnutrition,5 with mid-degree malnutrition,while the observation group were 24,56 and 1,respectively.And the nourishment status in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively patient's comfort and reduce incidence rate of complications,improve nutritional status and raise nursing quality and family members'satisfaction.
