厚朴多酚的提取及体内抗氧化研究

摘  要:抗氧化活性是研究动物抗衰老的重要方面。以厚朴树皮为原料,比较超声波法和浸提法提取厚朴多酚的含量差异,并研究了厚朴多酚对KM小鼠体内抗氧化活性和有害性。结果表明:采用超声波提取法提取得到的多酚纯度为76.67%,高于浸提法(64.11%);厚朴多酚进行分组对比试验,灌胃饲养试验表明:KM小鼠血清中抑制羟自由基的能力和抗氧化成分(T-SOD、CAT、GSH-Px)的活性都得到提升,而有害的成分丙二醛MDA的含量有所降低。因此,厚朴多酚有抗氧化作用,有可能使动物健康生活,从而达到抗衰老的效果。Antioxidant activity is an important aspect of studying animal anti-aging.Using the bark of Magnolia officinalis as raw material,the extraction content of magnolia was compared by ultrasonic method and extraction method.Choosing polyphenols of Magnolia officinalis to test the antioxidant activity and harmfulness of KM mice will contribute to further research on animal health and longevity.The purity of polyphenols extracted by ultrasonic extraction was 76.67%,which was higher than extraction method(64.11%);the results of group comparison intragastric feeding test of polyphenols of Magnolia officinalis showed that the activity of hydroxyl radical suppression and the activity of antioxidant components(T-SOD,CAT and GSH-Px)in KM mouse serum,while the content of harmful components malondialdehyde MDA decreased.Therefore,the polyphenols of Magnolia officinalis have antioxidative effect,which may make the animals live healthfully,so as to achieve the anti-aging effect.
