摘 要:农业生产过程对农产品质量安全有非常大的影响,依靠科技创新从生产的源头上加强农产品质量安全控制,是保证农产品质量安全的重要基础和前提。笔者从积极影响和负面影响两个方面分析了科技创新对农产品质量安全的影响,同时,从加快科技创新的角度提出了要建立农产品质量安全的科技支撑、科技保障和科学评价等三大体系确保农产品质量安全。The process of agricultural production has a great influence on the quality and safety of agricultural products.It is an important basis and prerequisite to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products by relying on scientific and technological innovation to strengthen the quality and safety control of agricultural products from the source of production.From the two aspects of positive and negative effects,the author analyses the impact of scientific and technological innovation on the quality and safety of agricultural products.At the same time,from the angle of speeding up scientific and technological innovation,it puts forward three major systems,such as scientific support,scientific and technological guarantee,and scientific evaluation and so on,to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
