中国对外直接投资对全球价值链升级的影响研究——基于灰色关联理论的实证分析

摘　　要：中国已经成为对外直接投资第二大流量国,随着对外直接投资的兴起,将其与全球价值链相结合已经成为当下的研究热点。本文运用灰色关联理论从行业和国家两个层面对二者之间的内在联系进行深入分析。结论如下:对外直接投资在一定程度上促进了全球价值链地位的提升;在区位选择上,二者关联度从大到小依次为新兴经济体及其他发展中国家、资源丰裕型国家和发达国家;在行业选择上,二者关联度最大的是技术密集型的科学研究和技术服务业,其次是劳动密集型的制造业和批发零售业,再次是资源密集型的采矿业等,最低的是金融服务业和电力、热力、燃气及水的生产供应业。最后,根据文章实证结果,对我国对外直接投资如何更加有效地提高全球价值链地位提出合理的政策建议。China has become the second largest country in the flow of outward foreign direct investment.With the rise of OFDI,its integration with the global value chain has become the focus of current research.In this paper,the gray relational theory is used to deeply analyze the internal relations between the two from the two levels of industry and the state.The conclusions are as follows:OFDI has promoted the enhancement of the status of global value chain to a certain extent.In terms of location selection,the largest correlation between the two is emerging economies and other developing countries,the second one is resource-rich countries,and the smallest one is the developed countries.In terms of the industry selection,the largest correlation is technology-intensive scientific research and technology services,the second one is labor-intensive industries such as manufacturing and the wholesale and retail trade,the third one is resource-intensive industries such as mining,the smallest one is the financial services and electricity,heat,gas and water production and supply industry.Finally,based on the empirical results of the article,this paper puts forward reasonable policy recommendations on how China s OFDI can improve its position in the global value chain more effectively.
