摘 要:以漂白化学针叶浆、废纸浆为纤维原料,热熔胶、压敏胶为研究对象,将胶加入纤维原料中进行抄片,用铝箔称重法研究了凹凸棒土矿粉对降低纸浆中胶黏物危害的效果,并以常用的胶黏物控制剂滑石粉和阳离子聚合物进行对比实验。实验结果表明:用凹凸棒土处理过的纸浆含胶的手抄片在铝箔上粘附量明显减少,可以有效降低纸浆中胶黏物的危害,凹凸棒土对胶黏物的处理效果远优于滑石粉。阳离子聚合物与滑石粉复配使用时可以降低胶黏物含量,但与凹凸棒土复配使用时没有明显效果。In this work,bleached chemical softwood pulp,waste paper pulp were used as raw materials,hot melt adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesive were studied.In this study aimed to illustrate how attapulgite affect the stickies behavior.The adhesives were added to the pulp,sheet formed and was dried with a aluminum foil,the stickies content were tested by aluminum foil weighing method.Contrast tests with talc and cationic polymer on the stickies were also studied.The result shows that the adhesive weight on the aluminum foil decreased greatly.Therefore,these results show that the stickies problem would be controlled efficiently.It was found that when application of the talc alone or in combination with cationic polymer could decrease the adhesive weight,but not as good as the attapulgite.There was no improving effect when attapulgite is added in combination with cationic polymer.
