不同类型的胶乳对白卡纸性能的影响

摘　　要：对比了目前造纸行业主流胶黏剂(丁苯胶乳、丙苯胶乳、醋酸乙烯胶乳)对白卡纸物理指标及印刷适性的影响。结果发现,同等用量下,丁苯胶乳对涂布纸的平滑度、光泽度及印刷表面强度等指标影响效果最明显;若达到同等效果,丙苯胶乳及醋酸乙烯胶乳需提高用量2%~4%。另外,丁苯胶乳对于提高纸张的表面强度有着显著的效果,醋酸乙酸胶乳对抑制纸张返黄效果最佳。在使用过程中,胶乳较佳用量范围是12%~16%。SBR latex,acrylic latex and vinyl acetate latex are widely used in paper industry.The effects of main adhesives on the physical and printing properties of coated paper were compared in this paper.The results showed that SBR latex has the best effect in improving the printing index such as smoothness,Benton’s roughness and gloss.But benzene latex and vinyl acetate latex need to increase the amount of 2%~4%to achieve the same effect with SBR latex.SBR latex has a significant effect on improving the surface strength of paper.In addition,vinyl acetate latex was better to inhibit paper colour reversion.In the practical papermaking process,the optimum dosage of latex was ranged from 12%to 16%.
