摘　　要：为实现资源循环利用、节能降耗、清洁生产,最大程度地利用纸板厂的废渣、污泥,我公司设计了两款纱管原纸机,利用废纸箱、废渣和污泥来生产纱管原纸。在荣成平湖和荣成湖北松滋的实际运行表明,生产的产品优良,机型配置合理,收到了节能环保的效果。To realize the cycling utilization of the resource,conserve energy and reduce consumption for the utilization of waste solid and sludge in paperboard mills to a greatest extent,two series of bobbin paper machine were designed to produce bobbin paper with old case paperboard,waste solid and sludge.The practical operation in Rongcheng Pinghu and Rongcheng Hubei Songzi proved that the product produced is good in quality,it is rational in configuration of paper machines,with the effect of energy-saving and environmental friendship obtained.
