神经松动技术联合整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨神经松动技术联合整脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的临床疗效。方法自2014-05-2016-05,选取90例CSR患者,并随机分为三组各30例进行前瞻性对照研究,其中A组行神经松动技术治疗;B组行整脊手法治疗;C组行整脊手法联合神经松动技术治疗。10 d为一疗程,而后进行组间疗效对比。结果三组患者均完成1个疗程的治疗,无一例中途退出或剔除者。治疗后,视觉模拟评分(VAS)和颈部功能障碍指数(NDI)均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);其中C组两项指标均显著低于A、B两组(P<0.05),A、B组之间未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采用神经松动技术联合整脊疗法治疗CSR,可进一步减轻疼痛、改善颈椎功能,其疗效优于单一疗法,值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nerve mobilization combined with chiropractic in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,a total of 90 patients with CSR were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each prospective study.A group received nerve mobilization technique treatment,group B received chiropractic therapy,group C received chiropractic treatment combined with nerve mobilization techniques.10 d for a course of treatment,and then the efficacy was compared among three groups.Results All the three groups were completed 1 course of treatment,no one quitted or eliminated.After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and neck disability index(NDI)were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).VAS and NDI in group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between A group and B group(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of nerve mobilization technique combined with chiropractic treatment in CSR can significantly alleviate pain and improve the function of cervical spine,and the curative effect is better than that of single therapy,which is worth clinical reference.
