经皮穿刺等离子消融髓核成形术在腰痛治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮穿刺等离子消融髓核成形术在腰痛治疗中的应用及对QOL的影响。方法选取2013-01-2013-12我院收治的腰痛患者150例,随机分为两组,对照组应用椎间盘内电热治疗,研究组应用经皮穿刺等离子消融髓核成形术治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的VAS(视觉模拟法)评分无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后均得到一定改善,研究组各个时间点显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的JOA(日本骨科协会)评分无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后均得到一定改善,研究组各个时间点显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的QOL(生存质量量表)评分无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后均得到一定改善,研究组各个时间点显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰痛患者应用经皮穿刺等离子消融髓核成形术治疗,有利于减轻患者的疼痛情况,改善患者QOL评分,临床上应当推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of percutaneous plasma ablation of nucleus pulpous plasty in the treatment of osphyalgia,and its influence on quality of life(QOL).Methods From January 2013 to December 2013,150 patients with osphyalgia admitted and treated in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with intradiscal electrothermal treatment,and the study group was treated with percutaneous plasma ablation of nucleus pulpous plasty.Results Before treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Both two groups got some improvements after treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group at each time point(P<0.05).The score of Japanese Department of orthopedics Association(JOA)was not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Both two groups got some improvements after treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group at each time point(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the QOL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Both two groups got some improvements after treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group at each time point(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of percutaneous plasma ablation of nucleus pulpous plasty in the treatment of patients with osphyalgia is helpful for pain alleviation,improvement of QOL score,so it should be popularized in clinical practice.
