摘　　要：目的热疗联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症。方法选取2012-01-2016-12解放军105医院门诊治疗的120例患者,并按照电脑产生的随机数列随机分为研究组(A组)和对照组(B组),两组各60例。A组给予热疗联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,B组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、腰骶部酸痛评分及血液CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果 A组、B组的总有效率分别为96.7%、83.3%,A组的腰痛评分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热疗联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗以腰骶部酸痛为主的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症比单用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗临床效果更佳,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of thermal therapy combined with Guizhifuling capsules in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID).Methods From January 2012 to December 2016,120 out-patients with SPID were selected in our hospital.According to digital random sequence generation from computer,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The study group(A group)received Guizhifuling capsules combined with thermal therapy,and the control group(B group)adopted Guizhifuling capsules.The total effective rate,score of lumbosacral pain,serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6)were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rates of A group and B group were 96.7%and 83.3%respectively.The score of pain,the serum levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in A group were significantly lower than those in B group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of thermal therapy combined with Guizhifuling capsules is superior to use Guizhifuling capsules alone for the treatment of SPID,and this method is worthy of clinical application widely.
