摘 要:旅游产品结构性改革是旅游业供给侧改革的重要内容之一。基于实证研究发现甘南藏族自治州旅游产品存在强季节性、盲目重复建设、文化内涵挖掘层次低、旅游产学供需错位等结构性问题。近十年来,甘南州旅游产品结构性改革取得了阶段性成果,但在旅游产品核心结构改革中难以取得实质性突破。甘南旅游产品的结构性改革应着眼于质的创新,淡化量的增速,尤其是产学融合、文化与旅游融合,以此破解旅游发展的生产力难题。The structural reformation of tourism product is one of the important parts of the tourism supply-side structural reformation.Based on the empirical study,this paper develops that some long standing problems associates with the tourism product structure in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture such as yearly boomlet of tourism,low-level duplicate tourism projects,low-level tourism culture connotation exploitation,the mismatch of supply and demand of tourism employment.Over the past decade,the phased results are obtained in the reformation of tourism product structural issues but the substantive issues still be on a long way.The study proposes that the structural reformation of tourism product must focus on the quality innovation rather than quantity expansion,in particular,tourism industry and education convergence,culture industry and tourism convergence,so as to resolve the challenging issues in tourism productivity.
