昆山市外来务工家长对儿童意外伤害知识认知现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解昆山市外来务工家长对儿童主要意外伤害的认知现状,为开展针对性的干预措施,降低儿童意外伤害发生率提供依据。方法:选择昆山市10所小学,采用分层整群抽样方法调查1 000名外来务工家长及100名本地家长关于儿童跌落、溺水、交通事故和药品误服方面的知识。结果:外来务工家长对各类意外伤害的认知水平均低于本地家长。结论:昆山市外来务工家长对意外伤害的知晓率偏低,看护质量不高,看护意识亟待提高。Objective:Understanding the cognitive status about unintentional injury of pre-school children’s migrant parents in kunshan,and to provide suggestions for targeted interventions and reduce unintentional injury of pre-school children.Methods:1000 pre-school children’s migrant parents and 100 local parents in 10 primary schools were identified through a stratified cluster sampling for a questionnaire survey on knowledge about pre-school children falls,drowning,traffic accident and drug swallow.Results:The average score of unintentional injury is 11.6(total score:23)in migrant group.However,the average score of unintentional injury is 14.4 in local group.Conclusion:The awareness rate of unintentional injury is low among pre-school children's migrant parents in kunshan.The quality of care is low,and the awareness of care should be improved immediately.
