摘　　要：经济发展不合理造成了一系列的环境问题,其中突发性大气污染带来的危害最为严重,严重威胁着人们的生产与生活。研究突发性大气污染事件的环境风险评估以及管理有着重要的意义。首先根据大气污染分类情况,依据其特点开展相应的环境风险评估,而后针对其特点和危害性,采取积极有效的应对突发性大气污染事件的管理措施。The unreasonable economic development has caused a series of environmental problems.Among them,the sudden air pollution brings the most serious harm and threatens people’s production and life seriously.Therefore,it is of great significance to focus on environmental risk assessment and management of sudden air pollution incidents.First of all,according to the classification of air pollution,according to its characteristics to carry out the corresponding environmental risk assessment,and then for its characteristics and dangers,to take active and effective management of unexpected air pollution incident management measures.
