摘 要:就目前的印染废水处理技术而言,应用最为广泛的是反渗透膜处理技术。通过该技术处理的印染废水能够进行回收再利用。基于此,笔者对印染废水反渗透膜处理回用技术进行了分析探究,并从技术原理出发,仔细分析了技术的应用流程,最后从染色效果、漂白效果和后处理皂洗效果三个方面,进行了技术应用效果的试验。结果显示:回用水的水质符合印染生产用水的标准要求,且总体优于车间用水。In the current printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology,the most widely used is the reverse osmosis membrane treatment technology,through which the printing and dyeing wastewater can be recycled and reused.Based on this,the author of the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment reverse osmosis membrane technology to explore,starting from the principle of technology,a careful analysis of the technology application process,and finally from the dyeing effect,bleaching effect and post-processing effect of soaping three aspects,The results of technical application tests show that the water quality of the recycled water conforms to the standard of printing and dyeing production water and is better than that of the workshop.
