摘　　要：在环境保护研究过程中环境监测是最为重要的前提和基础,与人类生产活动、生态系统健康发展和环境安全都存在着紧密的联系。从环境监测质量保证的角度来看,针对其相关的影响因素提出创建相对应的监督机制,从而更好地解决环境监测工作中所出现的问题,保证环境监测质量。In environmental protection research,environmental monitoring is the most important prerequisite and foundation,which is closely related to human production activities,ecosystem health development and environmental safety.From the point of view of environmental monitoring quality assurance,we should set up corresponding monitoring mechanism according to its related influencing factors,so as to better solve the problems in environmental monitoring and ensure the quality of environmental monitoring.
