国内首台关断振打电除尘器在华润焦作电厂的研究应用

摘　　要：以国内首台关断振打电除尘器成功在华润焦作电厂应用为案例,应用结果表明关断振打电除尘器可以保持长期稳定低排放要求,在此基础上介绍关断振打电除尘器的方案选型、总体布置、重要结构件设计、关断振打控制逻辑、气流均布实验等方面的研究内容,为今后推广应用关断振打电除尘器提供设计参考。The successful application of the first off-vibration electric precipitator in China was successfully applied in China Resources Jiaozuo Power Plant.The application results show that the off-vibrating electrostatic precipitator can maintain long-term,stable and low-emission requirements.On the basis of this,The selection of dust collector,the overall arrangement,the design of the important structural parts,the control logic of shut-off rapping and the uniform airflow test,etc.to provide the design reference for popularizing and applying the shut-off rapping electrostatic precipitator in the future.
