摘 要:对PEX150×750细碎鄂式破碎机传动机构进行了运动学仿真及有限元分析,基于ADAMS建立了鄂式破碎机虚拟样机模型,通过运动仿真分析得到了PEX150×750细碎鄂式破碎机动鄂齿面的运动轨迹,动鄂的行程特征值;利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对动鄂体进行有限元分析,得到了动鄂体应力与变形的分布规律.分析结果表明PEX150×750细碎鄂式破碎机满足破碎要求,结果为破碎机的优化设计与结构改进提供了的参考,有一定的实用价值.Kinematics simulation and finite element analysis of transmission mechanism of the PEX150×750 fine jaw crusher are carried out,and a virtual prototype model of jaw crusher is set up based on ADAMS,the Kinematics simulation analysis of the PEX150×750 fine jaw crusher gets the moving trace of the movable jaw s tooth surface,and the stroke characteristic value of the movable jaw;Finite element analysis of the movable jaw body by using finite element software ANSYS Workbench,obtained the distribution law of stress and deformation of the movable jaw body.The analysis results show that the PEX150×750 fine jaw crusher meets the crushing requirements,the results provide a reference for the optimization design and structure improvement of the crusher,and has certain practical value.
