松阳花鳖和日本鳖存活率、体重增重和酶活性的比较

摘　　要：比较松阳花鳖和日本鳖存活率、体重增长和肝酶活性的差异,结果表明养殖第60 d,松阳花鳖和日本鳖的存活率、体重增重分别为73.33%和66.67%、166.97%和127.55%。酶活的测定结果表明松阳花鳖肝超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和酸性磷酸酶活性与日本鳖差异很小,碱性磷酸酶活性的测定结果与体重较为一致,养殖第60 d松阳花鳖肝碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于日本鳖。总的来说,土著养殖品种——松阳花鳖似乎比外来养殖品种——日本鳖在生长速度上更具优势。This study compared the differences in survival rate,weight growth and liver enzyme activities between Songyang and Japanese soft shelled turtles(Pelodiscus sinensis).The results showed that on the sixtieth day of culture,the survival rate and weight growth of Songyang and Japanese turtles were 73.33%and 66.67%,166.97%and 127.55%,respectively.The results of the determination of liver enzyme activities showed that there was little difference in the superoxide dismutase,catalase and acid phosphatase activities between Songyang and Japanese turtles.The alkaline phosphatase activity was in agreement with the weight growth.The alkaline phosphatase activity in the liver of Songyang turtles was significantly higher than that of Japanese turtle on the sixtieth day of culture.In summary,the indigenous breed(Songyang turtle)seems to have a better growth rate than the foreign breed(Japanese turtle).
