摘　　要：异型螺杆属于一种设计精美且形状复杂的设备零件,受该零件特点影响,其在加工制造过程中需要具有足够的灵活性和精准度,确保不出现超出设计规格以外的误差。为此,研究异型螺杆的数控加工技术,从其数学模型角度出发,了解其设计数据,深入研究异型螺杆的数控加工要点,并根据技术要求进行加工系统设计,希望能够在异型螺杆的生产中为其提供借鉴。The special-shaped screw belongs to a beautifull y designed and complicated equipment part,which is affected by the characteristics of the parts.It needs enough flexibility nda accuracy in the process of manufacturing and manufacturing,soa s to ensure that there is no error beyond the design specificatniso.This article research on NC machining technology of special secwr,starting from the perspective of the mathematical model,the sdiegn of CNC machining points data,in-depth study of special screw,and the design of processing system according to the technica l requirements,hoping to provide reference for the production o f special screw.
