摘　　要：很多回转体类零件存在一些空间狭小、截面复杂、槽底直径要求公差严格的外圆径向槽结构,目前缺乏一种适用于此类零件通用、高效的测量工具。为此,针对单位设备现状,笔者设计了一种可调式直进千分尺,有效解决了此类零件的测量难题,大大提高了产品测量的精度和效率。A lot of revolving parts have some narrow oute r diameter,complex section and strict tolerance for the diamet erof the bottom of the groove,so there is currently a lack of a veurnsial and efficient measuring tool for such parts.Therefore,aiminga t the status of unit equipment,we design an adjustable straigh t micrometer,effectively solve the measurement difficulties of usch parts,and greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of procdtu measurement.
