基于LabVIEW的二次滤网轴套检漏系统设计

摘　　要：针对循环水二次滤网轴套内因漏水腐蚀导致反冲洗传动装置故障的问题,将虚拟仪器技术引入轴套检漏监控系统,介绍了一种基于湿度传感器和虚拟仪器的二次滤网轴套检漏监控系统,并基于图形编程软件LabVIEW进行系统程序设计。该系统利用软件对采集的数据进行比较和处理,提高了检漏监测效率及自动化程度,也使系统易于实现、便于维护。Secondary Strainer for circulating water sleeve internal leakage corrosion lead to backwash actuator failure opbrlems.This paper introduces virtual instrument technology sleeve leaakge monitoring system,this paper introduces a virtual instrumenty sstem based on the humidity sensor and the leak detection for seconrdya Strainer.and the program design based on LabVIEW graphical programming software system.The system USES software compares the data acquisition and processing,improve the efficiency of the leak detection monitoring and automation degree.That a lso makes the system easy to implement and to maintain.
