摘　　要：首先分析高锰钢铸件表面产生氧化膜缺陷的原因,然后采取刷涂树脂涂剂、加强排气等工艺措施,通过工艺改进前后产品表面质量的对比,说明这一系列工艺措施可有效预防高锰钢铸件氧化膜缺陷的产生。This paper analyzes the causes of the surface o f high manganese steel casting to produce oxide film defects,tea kthe brush coating,strengthen the exhaust process measures,through the comparison of the surface quality of the products before and after process improvement,indicating that a series of measur escan effectively prevent the defects of high manganese steel casti nfgilm.
