摘　　要：通过介绍大众02E型双离合器式自动变速器的组成结构,包括换挡齿轮机构、电子控制系统和液压执行系统,分析换挡原理。阐述了双离合器式自动变速器故障诊断的思路,并介绍了大众系列轿车专用检测仪器VAS5053的使用方法。以一台大众迈腾轿车行驶过程中出现换挡故障为例,给出了故障检修的详细过程和数据分析结果。最后,并总结了同类型故障的维修经验。This paper first introduces the components and structure of direct shift gearbox in Volkswagen sedan,including the gear shift mechanism,electrical control system and hydraulic executive system,and analyzes the shift principle.Then the idea of fault diagnosis for direct shift gearbox is expounded,and the using method of detecting tool VAS5053 is introduced.Next,a typical example about a shift failure in driving of Magotan sedan is given,together with the detailed procedures and results of fault maintenance.Finally,the maintenance experiences for the same type of fault are summarized.
