经皮椎体后凸成形术与经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩骨折临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究经皮椎体后凸成形术与经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩骨折临床效果。方法选取该院于2016年3月—2017年3月收治的老年椎体压缩骨折患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各34例,对照组采用经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗,对比观察两组患者的手术治疗前后的活动能力以及手术临床指标情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间(36.87±3.29)min长于对照组,观察组骨水泥注入量(6.08±0.28)m L及伤椎高度(8.81±0.39)mm优于对照组,观察组与对照组患者的日常生活活动能量评分在术前、术后3个月、术后6个月的评分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比于经皮椎体成形术治疗效果而言,应用经皮椎体后凸成形术的临床疗效更佳。Objective To research the clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty and percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of senile vertebral compression fracture.Methods 68 cases of senile patients with vertebral compression fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each,the control group and the observation group were respectively percutaneous kyphoplasty and percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the active capability and clinical operation indicators before and after operation of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The operation time in the observation group was(36.87±3.29)min,which was longer than that in the control group,and the bone cement injection and vertebral height in the observation group were respectively(6.08±0.28)mL and(8.81±0.39)mm,which were better than those in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the differences in the ADL scores before operation,in 3 months and 6 months after surgery were not obvious,the difference was not statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty is better than that of percutaneous vertebroplasty.
