助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局的临床影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察高龄产妇采取助产护理对其分娩结局的影响效果。方法选取该院产科2016年1月—2017年10月接收的79名高龄产妇分组研究,以不同的护理方式为分组依据,对照组36名采取产科常规护理,观察组43名实施助产护理,对临床结局对比分析。结果观察组产妇的自然分娩率79.07%高于对照组55.56%,剖宫产率13.95%低于对照组33.33%(P<0.05),对照组、观察组产妇的阴道助产率分别为11.11%、6.98%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.415,P>0.05),观察组产妇的各个产程时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率6.98%低于对照组25.00%(χ~2=4.941,P<0.05)。结论高龄产妇实施助产护理对自然分娩率的提高、缩短产程、减少产妇产后出血量、降低母婴并发症发生率均具有重要的应用,推广应用价值高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of midwifery nursing on the delivery outcome of senile delivery women.Methods 79 cases of senile delivery women admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing ways,the control group with 36 cases used the routine nursing,while the observation group with 43 cases used the midwifery nursing,and the clinical outcome was compared and analyzed.Results The natural labor rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(79.07%vs 55.56%),and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,(13.95%vs 33.33%)(P<0.05),and the vaginal midwifery rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 11.11%and 6.98%,and the difference between groups was not obvious(χ2=0.415,P>0.05),and various labor courses in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate was lower than that in the control group,(6.98%vs 25.00%)(χ2=4.941,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of midwifery nursing of senile patients can improve the natural labor rate,shorten the labor course,reduce the postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the incidence rate of maternal and infant complications,and it is of higher promotion and application value.
