自拟中药结合心理干预对子宫内膜增生患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究自拟中药结合心理干预对子宫内膜增生患者生活质量影响。方法撷取该院收治的85例子宫内膜增生患者,撷取时间是自2015年8月—2017年8月,分组原则以随机数字法为主,分观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=43)。对照组予以自拟中药治疗,观察组以对照组为基础,予以心理干预。比较治疗效果、临床指标、抑郁评分、焦虑评分、生活质量。结果与对照组的治疗效果(95.2%)比较,观察组(76.7%)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组子宫内膜厚度比较,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组止血时间、住院时间比较,观察组较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组抑郁评分、焦虑评分比较,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组生活质量比较,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药结合心理干预可有效改善子宫内膜增生患者的病情,缩短治疗时间,缓解负性情绪,提升生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To research the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicines combined with mental intervention on the quality of life of patients with hyperplasia endometrii.Methods 85 cases of patients with hyperplasia endometrii admitted and treated in our hospital were selected from August 2015 to August 2017 and randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 43 cases used the self-made traditional Chinese medicines,while the observation group with 42 case used the mental intervention on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect,clinical indicators,depression and anxiety scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(76.7%vs 95.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the hyperplasia endometrii thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the hemostasis time and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made traditional Chinese medicines combined with mental intervention can effectively improve the disease conditions of patients with hyperplasia endometrii,shorten the treatment time,relieve the negative emotion and improve the quality of life,and it is worth reference.
