摘 要:目的观察和对比精子质量分析仪和人工精液分析在临床中的应用效果和价值。方法从2017年1—7月期间在该院进行诊治的所有不育患者中选取其中的60例患者作为该次的观察研究对象,根据不同的精子质量分析方法将这60例患者分为观察组和对照组患者,两组各30例,其中观察组采用BEION S3(多仓位)精子质量分析系统、对照组采用人工精液分析,对两组患者的精液性状、精子密度、精子活率、精子活力进行分析。结果从两组患者的精液性状来看,观察组患者和对照组患者的精液性状差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);从精子质量的主要参数情况来看,观察组患者的精子活率为(55.31±22.30),精子密度在低于20×10~9/L方面为(5.39±0.78),在大于50×10~9/L方面为(135±31.11),在精子活力方面,A+B级的精子活力为(47.58±15.23),畸形精子为(12.13±3.12);对照组患者的精子活率为(68.38±19.80),精子密度在低于20×10~9/L方面为(1.89±0.32),在大于50×109/L方面为(110.16±22.35),在精子活力方面,A+B级的精子活力为(42.32±12.36),畸形精子为(23.6±7.47);两组分析结果在精子活率、精子活力、精子形态、精子密度等方面均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精子质量分析仪还存在着一定的局限性,要结合人工精液分析法才能够为临床诊断提供更为准确的参考依据。Objective To observe and compare the clinical application effect and value of sperm quality analyzer and analysis of artificial semen.Methods 60 cases of infertility patients diagnosed in our hospital from January to July,2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each according to different sperm quality analysis method,and the control group adopted the BEION S3 sperm quality analysis system,while the control group adopted the artificial semen analysis,and the property,density,motility rate,and motility of the two groups were analyzed.Results The difference in the sperm property between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05),and in the observation group,the sperm motility rate was(55.31±22.30),and the sperm density was(5.39±0.78)in terms of less than 20×109/L,and(135±31.11)in terms of more than 50×109/L,and the motility in A+B level,teratospermia were respectively(47.58±15.23)and(12.13±3.12),and in the control group,the sperm motility rate was(68.38±19.80),and the sperm density was(1.89±0.32)in terms of less than 20×109/L,and(110.16±22.35)in terms of more than 50×109/L,and the motility in A+B level,teratospermia were respectively(42.32±12.36)and(23.6±7.47),and the differences in these indicators between the two groups were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The sperm quality analyzer has a certain limitation,which can provide more accurate reference for the clinical diagnosis combined with the artificial semen analysis.
