支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管术联合丙泊酚镇静在呼吸重症患者抢救中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管联合丙泊酚镇静在呼吸重症患者抢救中的应用价值。方法选取该院2015年12月—2016年1月呼吸重症监护病房23例气管镜引导经鼻气管插管联合丙泊酚镇静抢救的重症病例,分析支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管及联合应用丙泊酚镇静的优越性。结果所有患者插管均为一次成功,一次插管成功率100%,无终止操作及二次插管情况。结论支气管镜引导经鼻气管插管术联合丙泊酚镇静,是一种安全性高、快捷、方便、患者创伤小、痛苦小、患者易于接受及舒适度相对较高的抢救措施,尤其适用于存在自主意识的呼吸危重症患者。Objective To study the application value of bronchoscopy guided transnasal tracheal intubation combined with propofol sedation in rescue of patients with severe respiratory diseases.Methods 23 cases of severe patients with bronchoscopy guided transnasal tracheal intubation combined with propofol sedation in ICU in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2016 were selected and its advantages were analyzed.Results All patients were with successful one-time intubation,and the ratio was 100%,and there were no situations such as ending operation and second intubation.Conclusion The bronchoscopy guided transnasal tracheal intubation combined with propofol sedation is rapid,convenient with high safety,small wound and pains,and it is easy to be accepted by patients with relatively high comfort,especially suitable for the self-awareness patients with severe respiratory diseases.
