扶正消瘀方合高压氧治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正消瘀方合高压氧治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎的临床效果情况。方法分析该院2016年3月—2017年2月收治的56例慢性淤胆型肝炎患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组26例和观察组30例。观察两组患者治疗前后TBil、DBil、ALT、AST、γ-GT变化情况和临床疗效情况。结果两组患者治疗前TBil、DBil、ALT、AST、γ-GT均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后对照组和观察组Tbil(49.8±10.2)μmol/L和(29.3±9.6)μmol/L、DBil(33.8±10.1)μmol/L和(18.7±8.6)μmol/L、ALT(91.7±30.2)U/L和(52.5±16.7)U/L、AST(52.3±9.6)U/L和(37.1±6.9)U/L均优于治疗前(132.0±60.1)μmol/L和(128.7±56.3)μmol/L、(100.4±15.2)μmol/L和(106.8±16.9)μmol/L、(800.4±50.7)U/L和(784.3±40.9)U/L、(320.4±30.6)U/L和(330.7±32.3)U/L,观察组治疗后TBil、DBil、ALT、AST均优于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率93.3%高于对照组69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正消瘀方合高压氧治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎临床指标改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of Fuzhengxiaoyu combined with hyperbaric oxygen on chronic cholestatic hepatitis.Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of chronic cholestatic hepatitis patients in this hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were analyzed,and were divided into two group by different treatment method,the control group(26 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The TBil,DBil,ALT,AST,γ-GT changing and clincal curative effect of two group patients before treatment and after treatment were detected.Results The TBil,DBil,ALT,AST,γ-GT of both group before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05),the Tbil of the control group and and the observation group were(49.8±10.2)μmol/L and(29.3±9.6)μmol/L,Dbil(33.8±10.1)μmol/L and(18.7±8.6)μmol/L,ALT(91.7±30.2)U/L and(52.5±16.7)U/L,AST(52.3±9.6)U/L and(37.1±6.9)U/L after treatment,better than those before treatment(132.0±60.1)μmol/L and(128.7±56.3)μmol/L,(100.4±15.2)μmol/L and(106.8±16.9)μmol/L,(800.4±50.7)U/L and(784.3±40.9)U/L,(320.4±30.6)U/L and(330.7±32.3)U/L,the Tbil,Dbil,ALT,AST of the observation group after treatment were better than control group,the total clinical effective rate was 93.3%of the observation group,higher than control group of 69.2%(P<0.05),the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of cholestatic hepatitis is improved significantly Fuzhengxiaoyu combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment of chronic,with good effect,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
