认知行为矫正疗法对冠心病支架植入术后患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为矫正疗法对冠心病支架植入术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法收集2014年3月—2017年3月来该院接受冠心病支架植入术患者300例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组150例。对照组仅给予常规治疗,试验组额外给予认知行为矫正疗法,观察两组患者睡眠质量的差异及心脏不良事件发生情况。结果试验组SPIEGEL量表各维度评分及总评分均小于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且试验组治疗过程中心脏不良事件发生率(14.67%)明显低于对照组(32.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过给予冠心病支架植入术后患者认知行为矫正干预,能够增强患者的信心,消除相关负面心理因素,提高患者的睡眠质量,降低心脏不良事件的发生概率。Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of cognitive behavior modification therapy on sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease after stent implantation.Methods 300 patients with coronary stent implantation from March 2014 to March 2017 in this hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment only,and the experimental group received additional cognitive behavioral therapy.The differences in sleep quality and adverse cardiac events between the two groups were observed.Results The SPIEGEL scores of dimensions and total scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and adverse events during the treatment of experimental group of heart rate(14.67%)was significantly lower than the control group(32.67%),the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary stent implantation by giving the cognitive behavior of patients with orthodontic intervention can enhance patients’confidence,eliminate the negative psychological factors,improve the sleep quality of patients,and reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse cardiac events.
