摘 要:目的探讨儿童肺炎支原体感染中应用血常规与C反应蛋白(CRP)联合诊断的价值。方法选择该院2016年1月—2017年9月收治的确诊为儿童肺炎支原体感染的患儿30例作为研究组,同期接待的健康体检儿童50名作为对照组,两组对象愿意配合研究,接受血常规与CRP联合检查,对两组检查结果进行比较分析,并比较研究组单用血常规、CRP检查与联合检查阳性率情况。结果研究组儿童CRP、白细胞计数、单核细胞、中性粒细胞均明显高于对照组[(14.89±2.11)mg/L vs(2.39±0.32)mg/L,(14.38±1.85)×10~9/L vs(6.11±0.75)×10~9/L,(5.59±0.87)%vs(3.15±0.44)%,(7.39±2.85)×10~9/L vs(5.18±2.12)×10~9/L],而淋巴细胞明显低于对照组[(23.28±3.21)%vs(36.47±5.01)%],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查肺炎支原体感染阳性率明显高于血常规检查、CRP检查(96.67%vs 66.67%、73.33%),(P<0.05)。结论儿童肺炎支原体感染实施血常规联合CRP诊断有不错的价值,其诊断结果与体检儿童之间差异明显,可为临床诊治提供参考依据。Objective This paper tries to investigate the value of combined use of blood routine examination and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods 30 cases of children diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumoniae infection from January 2016 to September 2017 in this hospital were selected as the research group,and 50 healthy children were enrolled in the same period as the control group.The two groups were willing to cooperate in the study,and to accept the blood and CRP joint examination,the two groups of test results were compared and analyzed,and the study group alone adopted blood test,CRP examination and joint examination of the positive rate.Results The CRP,leukocyte count,monocytes and neutrophils in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(14.89±2.11)mg/L vs(2.39±0.32)mg/L,(14.38±1.85)×109/L vs(6.11±0.75)×109/L,(5.59±0.87)%vs(3.15±0.44)%,(7.39±2.85)×109/L vs(5.18±2.12)×109/L].The lymphocytes were significantly lower than the control group[(23.28±3.21)%vs(36.47±5.01)%].There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was significantly higher than that of blood routine examination,CRP examination(96.67%vs 66.67%,73.33%),(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniaeinfection with blood routine combined with CRP diagnosis has a good value,the diagnostic results and physical examination of children was significantly different,which can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
