乳晕缘切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的近期疗效及对乳房美观度产生的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的研究探讨采用乳晕缘切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的近期疗效及对乳房美观度产生的影响。方法选择该院收治的符合诊断标准的126例乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行该次研究,病例均来源于2015年3月—2016年3月,患者都接受手术治疗,其中63例患者为传统手术切口,设为对照组,另63例患者为乳晕缘切口,设为观察组,术后随访12个月,对患者的手术相关指标、并发症、乳房美观度等进行对比分析。结果对比两组患者的手术指标,观察组手术时间为(35.8±5.8)min比对照组略长,但出血量(18.9±4.2)m L和住院天数(2.8±0.5)d,均比对照组要少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.35%,比对照组的20.63%明显更低(P<0.05);对两组患者手术后随访6~12个月,对乳房美观度进行评分比较,观察组乳房表面美观度乳房的形状、色素沉着、切口瘢痕、乳头和乳晕感觉评分与对照组比较都明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤患者采用乳晕缘切口手术治疗不仅术后瘢痕不明显,能够最大可能的保留乳房表面美观效果,同时安全可靠,无严重并发症的发生,患者接受度高,有显著的推广应用价值。Objective This paper tries to investigate the short-term effect of breast areola incision in the treatment of breast benign tumor and its influence on breast beauty.Methods 126 cases of benign breast tumor patients in this hospital from the March 2015 to March 2016 were selected,all patients received surgical treatment,including 63 patients with traditional surgery incision,as control group,63 patients with areola margin incision,as observation group,after 12 months of follow-up,the related indicators,postoperative complications,breast appearance etc were compared.Results The operation indexes were compared between the two groups,the operation time in the observation group was(35.8±5.8)min,slightly longer than the control group,but the amount of bleeding was(18.9±4.2)mL and hospitalization of(2.8±0.5)d,less than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group(6.35%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.63%)(P<0.05);on the follow-up of 6 months^12 months of the two groups of patients after surgery for breast appearance score comparison,the shape,surface appearance of the pigment group breast pigmentation,scar,nipple and areola sensation score were observed and compared,those were better in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of patients with benign breast tumors using rim incision not only has hidden scar,which is the best way to retain the aesthetic appearance of the breast surface,while safe and reliable,no serious complications,with high acceptance by patients,with significant value of the promotion.
