氟比洛芬脂在骨科手术中镇痛的应用

摘　　要：目的探究氟比洛芬酯在骨科手术中镇痛的应用。方法将2016年6月—2017年6月在该院接受治疗的124例四肢骨科疾病患者作为该次研究的主要对象,所有患者均采用手术治疗,该院将所有患者随机分配到两个小组当中,常规镇痛组62例患者,施行10 m L生理盐水静脉缓注的方式为患者镇痛,研究镇痛组62例患者,采用10 m L(100 mg)氟比洛芬酯静脉注射的方法为患者进行镇痛,手术结束后对患者术后1、2、4、8 h以及24 h的VAS评分和患者阵痛满意程度进行调查。结果研究镇痛组患者在术后1、2、4、8 h以及24 h的VAS评分均要低于常规镇痛组患者,研究镇痛组患者在术后24 h舒芬太尼用量为(92.78±14.75)μg,常规镇痛组患者在术后24 h的舒芬太尼用量为(106.91±20.42)μg。另外,研究镇痛组患者的非常满意率(53.23%)和总满意率(93.55%)均远远高于常规镇痛组的非常满意率(32.26%)和总满意率(77.42%)。两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论将氟比洛芬酯应用于骨科手术当中作为镇痛药物,患者的VAS评分较低,患者对镇痛效果的满意程度较高,效果明显,值得推广。Objective This paper tries to explore the application of flurbiprofen in analgesia in orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 124 patients with orthopedic diseases who were treated in this hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the main subjects of this study.All patients were treated with surgery.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.62 patients in the conventional analgesia group were given analgesia by slow intravenous infusion of 10 mL saline and 62 patients in the analgesic group were treated with intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 10 mL(100 mg).The VAS score at 1,2,4 h,8 hours and 24 hours after operation and satisfaction degree of patients’pain were investigated after surgery.Results The VAS scores of the patients in the analgesia group were lower than those in the conventional analgesia group at 1,2,4 h,8 hours and 24 hours after operation.The patients in the analgesia group were treated with sufentanil of(92.78±14.75)μg,and the conventional analgesia group with sufentanil of(106.91±20.42)μg at 24 hours postoperatively.In addition,the satisfaction rate was 53.23%and the overall satisfaction rate was 93.55%,significantly higher in the analgesia group than in the conventional analgesia group of 32.26%and 77.42%.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If the flurbiprofen fat is used in orthopedic surgery as analgesic drugs,the patient’s VAS score is lower,the patient’s satisfaction with analgesic effect is higher,the effect is obvious,which is worthy of promotion.
