摘　　要：目的观察氨溴特罗口服液用于小儿支气管炎临床治疗的效果及对患儿血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法随机选择2016年1—12月到简阳市人民医院进行小儿支气管炎治疗的患儿100例进行临床研究。使用随机数字法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各50例,在基础治疗方案基础上观察组患儿给予安溴特罗口服液治疗,对照组患儿给予盐酸氨溴索口服液治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前和治疗7 d后C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α变化情况以及症状消失时间和住院时间差异。结果两组患者治疗后CRP、TNF-α均有降低,观察组指标CRP(5.41±4.29)mg/L、TNF-α(10.33±2.52)ng/L明显低于对照组,且观察组患儿退热时间(2.53±0.52)d、咳嗽消失时间(6.72±1.52)d、喘息消失时间(6.20±1.53)d、肺啰音消失时间(4.03±0.84)d和住院时间(8.03±2.59)d均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴特罗口服液能够明显改善患儿支气管炎的临床疗效,有效降低CRP、TNF-α水平。Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of ambrocol oral solution for the clinical treatment of children with bronchiolitis protein and response to serum C(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)effect.Methods 100 children with bronchitis treated the People's hospital of Jianyang from January to December 2016 were randomly selected for clinical study.The children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group,the observation group with the basic treatment was given oral liquid of bromine castro,the control group was given the treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution.The changes of C reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor alpha in the two groups before and after treatment of 7 d were observed,and the symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time were compared.Results CRP and TNF-alpha were decreased after treatment in two groups,the observation group index CRP(5.41±4.29)mg/L,TNF-α(10.33±2.52)ng/L,significantly lower than the control group and the observation group with the cooling time of(2.53±0.52)d,the disappearance time of cough of(6.72±1.52)d,wheezing disappearance time of(6.20±1.53)d,pulmonary rales of(4.03±0.84)d and hospitalization time of(8.03±2.59)d,significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of ambrocol oral liquid can significantly improve the children with bronchitis,which effectively reduce the levels of TNF-α,CRP.
