生育衍宗汤联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的观察生育衍宗汤联合来曲唑治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢患者的不孕症临床疗效。方法采用随机方法将该院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的62例符合肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢的不孕症患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,对照组30例。对照组自月经周期第3天开始口服来曲唑5 mg/d,连服药5 d。治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用中药生育衍宗汤,连服3个月经周期,经期不停服。观察两组的患者HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度及血清雌二醇水平,并统计两组患者的妊娠率及临床妊娠率,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 (1)治疗组患者的HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度(9.87±2.13)mm相比对照组(7.97±1.45)mm,血清雌二醇水平(315.23±135.78)pg/mL相比对照组(245.65±120.33)pg/mL,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组患者的妊娠率(84.38%)及临床妊娠率(85.71%)均较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生育衍宗汤联合来曲唑治疗肾虚肝郁型多囊卵巢患者的不孕症取得了良好临床疗效,能提高患者的临床妊娠率。Objective This paper tries to observe the curative effect of the procreation of Shengyuyanzong decoction in the treatment of the infertility of patients with kidney defficiency and ovulatory infertility.Methods 62 cases of kidney deficiency and ovulatory infertility were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group from June 2015 to June 2016 with 32 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.The control group were given a 5-day-curation of letrozole at 5 mg/day from the third day in menstrual cycle.In the treatment group,patients took traditional Chinese medicine Shengyuyanzong decoction in addition to letrozole curation.HCG injection dates and the levels of serum estradiol were observed in both groups,while the pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate and the therapeutic effect in the two groups were compared.Results①On the day of HCG injection,the endometrial thickness of patients in the treatment group was(9.87±2.13)nm,the control group of(7.97±1.45)mm,serum estradiol level was(315.23±135.78)pg/mL,the control group of(245.65±120.33)pg/mL,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).②The pregnancy rate was 84.38%and the clinical pregnancy rate was 85.71%in the treatment group,significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A good clinical effect was achieved in a combine treatment of letrozole and traditional Chinese medicine Shengyuyanzong decoction for ovulatory infertility patients with kidney deficiency and ovulatory infertility.
