剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的临床治疗方法及临床效果。方法选择2014年1月—2017年1月该院收治的剖宫产后子宫切口憩室患者128例,分为进行传统经阴道手术的对照组(n=64),和进行宫腹腔镜辅助经阴道手术的实验组(n=64)。观察两组治疗相关指标。结果 (1)对照组患者手术时间为(118.3±20.6)min、术中出血量为(175.4±24.76)mL、住院天数(9.3±2.4)d,高于实验组的(60.7±9.3)min、(93.6±11.4)mL和(5.4±1.6)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)术后经期比较、并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)经过治疗后2个月的复查结果,观察组的总有效率高达95.31%,高于对照组的79.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术及经阴道手术均可有效治疗子宫切口憩室,临床效果良好,速度快,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical treatment and effects of previous cesarean scar diverticulum(PCSD).Methods The clinical data of 128 cases after cesarean section uterine incision diverticulum were selected in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2017,64 cases of control group were treated with traditional vaginal surgery,64 cases of experimental group were treated with palace laparoscopy combined surgical treatment,the treatment effect of two groups was observed.Results①The operation time in control group was(118.3±20.6)min,significantly longer than that of experimental group(60.7±9.3)min,and the volume of blood loss during operation was(175.4±24.76)mL and hospitalization time was(9.3±2.4)d,more than the experimental group of(93.6±11.4)mL and(5.4±1.6)d,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05);②The postoperative complications and the menstrual period had no significant difference(P>0.05);③The PCSD improvement rate of experimental group was 95.31%,higher than 79.68%of control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy surgery combined with transvaginal surgery can effectively treat the uterine incision diverticulum,with good clinical effect,fast speed,less complications,which is worth clinical promotion.
